GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Shopping center investor and developer Simon Property Group has purchased Paragon Outlets Grand Prairie, a 417,000-square-foot retail center in Grand Prairie. According to the Fort Worth-Star-Telegram report, Simon bought the outlet mall along with Livermore, California-based Paragon Outlets Livermore Valley.
The property, located at the northeast corner of Texas 360 and Interstate 20, will be renamed Grand Prairie Premium Outlets. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
