INDIANAPOLIS-Buckingham Cos. hired John Cumming to lead operations and management of the company's development side as SVP, Development Operations. Cumming came over from Opus Development Corp. in Indianapolis, where he was vice president and general manager.
He has more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience in the Indianapolis region, working at Mathews Click Revel & Henry/JL Henry Co. and at Eaton & Lauth prior to joining Opus. He is a past president of the NAIOP Indiana chapter and currently serves on NAIOP's national corporate board of directors.
Buckingham was founded in 1984 and it focuses on development, acquisition, management and construction of a wide range of property types. It manages nearly $1 billion of real estate assets for its own account, clients and institutional partners.
