MANCHESTER, UK-Two new occupiers have landed at Chancerygate's S:Park development near Stockport in Manchester. Alan Howard Hair & Beauty Supplies has purchased a headquarter office and warehouse unit measuring 15,000 square feet on a freehold basis and Ossur UK has agreed to take an office and warehouse facility measuring 13,000 square feet for 15 years.
