ATLANTA- A joint venture between DRA Advisors LLC and Fogelman Venture Partners has paid $44 million to acquire The Residences at Northlake Apartments, a Class A mid-rise apartment complex comprising 357 units in Atlanta. The new owners changed the name of the property to CityNORTH Apartments. The multifamily community has single and double bedroom floor plans on four- and five-story buildings with monthly rents range between $849 and $1,149.
