INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana Gov.-elect Mike Pence will speak at Cassidy Turley's "The State of Real Estate" event on Thursday, Jan. 10, just four days before being sworn-in to office. 

   Cassidy Turley, Central Indiana's largest commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, said it will hold its annual presentationat 4 p.m., EST, in Clowes Memorial Hall on the campus of Butler University. 
   “We're exceptionally honored that Gov.-elect Pence will be joining us to add his insights and perspective to the event,” Jeff Henry, Regional Managing Principal and leader of Cassidy Turley's North Central Region, says in a press release. “Indiana has a big year ahead, both in terms of commercial real estate and political developments on the horizon.” 
   The event will bring together real estate professionals and economic development experts from across Central Indiana as well as property owners and investors from across the country. 
   "The State of Real Estate" will concentrate on the industrial, investment, office and retail commercial real estate market segments, as well as a broader economic outlook for 2013.
