NEW YORK CITY-The long vacant storefront at 711 Fifth Ave. is reportedly being eyed by Ralph Lauren.

The property, formerly occupied by a Disney store, totals approximately 65,000 sf and is located at the Coca-Cola building. Several sources told the New York Post that Ralph Lauren is in negotiations to lease approximately 35,000 sf there.

Representatives of Ralph Lauren, which owns and leases space on Fifth Avenue, nor Jones Lang LaSalle, the broker for the building, commented in the published report. See story in the New York Post.
