COOKEVILLE, TN-A 6,000-sf Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant here sold for approximately $1.6 million, according to Franklin Street Real Estate Services, which represented the seller in the deal.

The property at 1385 Interstate Drive here was purchased by a private investor from Franklin, TN and was sold by an unnamed developer hailing from Knoxville, TN. The restaurant sold for $1.575 million or $262.50 per sf with a cap rate of 6.35%. Bryan Belk and Mac McCall of Franklin Street Real Estate Services, which is based in Tampa, FL, exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.

“The property is located in a very desirable location on what is called 'Restaurant Row' of Cookeville,” Belk said in a press statement. “Buffalo Wild Wings has become one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the country with plans to develop more restaurants in 2013 and giving Cookeville's brand new restaurant a great deal of interest.”

Currently there are six Buffalo Wild Wings located in Tennessee, the firm stated.
