LYNNWOOD, WA—Minnesota-based CSM Lodging, a division of CSM Corporation, has purchased the Courtyard by Marriott North/Lynnwood Everett, located north of Seattle.

The 164-key property, featuring 12 suites, originally opened in 1999.  The purchase price was not announced.  The property will continue as a Courtyard by Marriott, and be operated by CSM Lodging.  A pet friendly hotel, it is slated for a comprehensive renovation in 2013, according to a company press release.

“We are thrilled to add the Courtyard by Marriott North/Lynnwood Everett to our growing portfolio of owned and operated properties,” said Bill Upshaw, president of CSM Lodging.  “This purchase strengthens our presence in this key market within the Northwest and is our second Courtyard property in the Seattle area.”

Easily accessed, the Courtyard by Marriott North/Lynnwood Everett is just 30 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.  Amtrak at the Edmonds Station is 5.5 miles away and the Everett Greyhound Bus Terminal is 13 miles from the hotel.
