KATY, TX-Global Growth Trust and Trinsic Residential Group have joined forces once again to develop a $32 million, class A multifamily property in this western Houston suburb. The project, Aura Grand Corners, is the partners' second – in December, it was announced that the partnership would launch construction on the 316-unit, $34.9-million Aura Castle Hills in Lewisville, TX, a suburb of Dallas.

Aura Grand Corners is situated on 14 acres in the 1,250-acre Grand Lakes master-planned community. The multifamily property will be at the intersection of Grand Parkway and the Westpark Tollway.  The project will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with an average unit size of 931 square  feet. The community will feature a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, dog park, a resort-style

swimming pool, and attached and detached garages. Trinsic Residential Group, based in Dallas, will serve as the project's developer and general contractor.

“Trinsic Residential Group is a well-respected developer in Texas, with a deep knowledge of the market

dynamics in the communities in which they work,” says Andy Hyltin, president and CEO of Orlando-based Global Growth Trust in a press release. “We look forward to strengthening our relationship with them through the development of these new communities.”
