RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA—Jones Lang LaSalle represented Sims Recycling Solutions in a lease renewal for 103,170 square feet of industrial space at 20212 South Rancho Way in Rancho Dominguez, Calif. Sims Recycling Solutions will continue to occupy the space for its regional office.
Jones Lang LaSalle Los Angeles team members Mike Condon, Zac Sakowski and Barry Hill represented Sims Recycling Solutions. The landlord, The Carson Companies, represented itself.
