BELLEVUE, WA—Two of the top brokers at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce's Bellevue commercial office brokers, Kip Durrell and Jeff Jochums, have left the company and joined competitor CBRE.  CBRE BELLEVUE announced the moves Friday.

“Not only is this a real coup for our organization locally, but will have a significant impact on the market," CBRE Senior Managing Broker Jim Bowles said in a statement.

CBRE said Durrell and Jochums have been consistent top-five producers during their seven-year stints, respectively, with Cushman & Wakefield.

Durrell and Jochums are tenant-representative brokers. Among Durrell's clients are Wells Fargo, General Electric and Puget Sound Energy. Jochums' clients include Expedia, the University of Washington and Procter & Gamble.

CBRE is the second-largest commercial real estate services company in the Puget Sound region, with 132 full-time agents, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal's latest list of commercial real estate brokerages. Cushman & Wakefield Commerce has fallen in rank from No. 6 to No. 8 with 31 agents. Kidder Mathews is the largest with 159.

Durrell and Jochums joined CBRE as senior vice presidents with Justin Johnson, senior associate, and Ashleigh Sundet, associate.
