LA JOLLA, CA—Construction is complete at Paseo La Jolla – a 24-unit luxury townhome community on nearly 28,000-square-feet at the corner of Herschel and Pearl. The property also just opened a new two-bedroom model home and sales center.
“Fifty percent of the homes have already sold and move-ins have begun,” said Brad Termini, co-CEO of Zephyr Partners, a real estate development and investment company with a focus on residential assets.
The majority of the homes sport expansive private rooftop terraces, which offer views of La Jolla and the Pacific. Each home is beautifully appointed with a fireplace, soaring nine-foot-high ceilings in the living and dining rooms and master suites; gourmet kitchens with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances and an attached side-by-side two-car garage.
Priced from the low $700,000s to just over $1 million, the homes span from 1,000- to over 1,600-square feet with one, two and three bedroom floor plans.
The two-bedroom plus den, three bath model home can be viewed by potential homebuyers, and features a calming color palette of sand, ocean blue and cream hues, inspired by La Jolla's beachfront location.
Adjacent to the homes are redesigned walls, per a contest created by Dance Chapin, co-CEO of Zephyr Partners. He joined forces with the NewSchool of Architecture & Design in San Diego, and devised a contest in which students were invited to camouflage walls facing Paseo La Jolla with compelling designs.
Situated just a few blocks away from the bustling shopping district, Paseo La Jolla is in close proximity to the very best of La Jolla, including elementary and high schools, the beach, shops, restaurants, galleries and more.
