INDIANAPOLIS - ABC Supply Co. has signed a lease for 84,600 square feet at Shadeland Commerce Center, nearly tripling its space as it moves to 2900 N. Shadeland Ave., according to Jones Lang LaSalle.
Jones Lang LaSalle's Brian Seitz, a Senior Vice President, Steve Schwegman, a Senior Vice President, Brian Buschuk, a Senior Associate, and Jake Sturman, a Senior Vice President, assisted the landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust Inc., in the transaction.
The tenant is expected to move in during February.
ABC Supply's move from 31,700 SF at 9870 E. 30th St. is a strong sign for the construction and building supply industry.
Shadeland Commerce Center is in a prime location along E. 30th Street and offers quick access to I-465 and I-70. The property is ideally suited for a warehouse and distribution businesses.
The warehouse features 24-foot clearance, nine loading docks, and newly renovated office space totalling 4,190 SF.
ABC Supply is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the United States and one of the largest distributors of siding, windows and other exterior building products, tools and supplies.
