ALBUQUERQUE—CBRE New Mexico has signed a listing agreement to lease the former Schott Solar photovoltaic plant at Albuquerque's Mesa del Sol master-planned community.

Schott opened its operation in the facility in 2009 and closed last summer, reports Albuquerque Business First

The manufacturing complex consists of two buildings that are approximately 200,000 square feet. Schott previously used one of them for offices and the other for its solar manufacturing. The building and property is owned by Schott.

The CBRE team of Jim Smith and Jeff Martinez worked on the Schott transaction and said that a marketing packet with specifics would be ready next week.]
