WASHINGTON, DC-Federal Center Office Associates, an LLC associated with Donohoe Cos., has secured a $130 million loan for its Federal Center Plaza office building. The loan, which was provided by Cantor Commercial Real Estate, followed a renewal at the 720,000-square foot office building by the federal government at the end of 2012.

The two-building complex is located at 400 and 500 C St., SW. GSA renewed 389,000 square feet at the complex, with FEMA taking 303,000 square feet at 500 C St. Studley represented GSA. We've reached out to Eastdil and Donohoe so stay tuned.
