HOUSTON—Jim Autenreith and Griff Jaggard of Moody Rambin represented Applied Cryo Technologies (ACT) in a 173,000 square foot lease transaction at 7150 Almeda Genoa Rd.
ACT will utilize the enormous space to design and manufacture Cryogenic Trailers and Cryogenic Mobile Storage Equipment for the Oil and Gas, Industrial Gas and emerging LNG markets. The new corporate headquarters location was strategically selected 19 miles from the Port of Houston so that they can service both their local and abroad customers. This transaction was one of the largest industrial lease transactions of 2012.
