HOUSTON-CBRE first vice president Ryan Epstein has represented three sellers in the disposition of 1,064 units throughout the metro region. The three multifamily properties on the sales block were the 224-unit Broadstone Gramercy, the 360-unit Skyview at Palm Center and the 480-unit Stone Park Apartments.
Epstein represented Alliance Residential Fund I in marketing and selling Broadstone at Gramercy at 2601 Gramercy St. The property is in the Medical Center submarket.
Skyview at Palm Harbor, located in the southeast submarket, is at 5514 Griggs Rd.; the seller was the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac). The property was built in 2000, and has undergone substantial exterior renovations.
Finally, on the northeast side, developer Oakmont Group sold its Stone Park Apartments at 6160 E. Sam Houston Pkwy. N. The property was completed in two phases between 2004 and 2007.
