San Jose, CA—Colliers International's Romy Zeid and Jere Hench were presented with the Lease Transaction of Year - Peninsula Award at the NAIOP Best of the Bay Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner in San Francisco. The winning transaction, which was Success Factors, an SAP Company's 116,035-square-foot lease, took the top four floors at Centennial Tower One in South San Francisco. They were the first tenant to move into the 12-story building, which had been vacant since its completion in 2008. Myers Development and Stockbridge Capital is the landlord.

Romy Zeid, senior vice president with Colliers International's Silicon Valley office, commented, “Jere and I are very honored to receive such a prestigious award and we thank SuccessFactors, an SAP Company, for being such a great and loyal client. When we started the headquarter relocation process our client had many goals they wanted to accomplish. This transaction at Centennial Towers accomplished all of those goals and then some and we are very proud of that.”
