ALBUQUERQUE, NM –A group of downtown properties has been listed by NAI Maestas & Ward with a $1.49 million price tag.
The group includes three addresses: 401/405 Central Ave. SW and 109 4th Street NW. All three buildings are connected and are owned by former restaurateur Vasso Chalamidas.
The Maestas team of advisors Alfredo Barrenechea and Michael Reneau are marketing the property for sale or lease. The lease rate is $16 per square foot.
405 Central was most recently Dublin's Street Pub. The space is 3,847 square feet and is a “ready to go” restaurant, according to Barrenechea. The space includes an extra 800 square feet of upstairs/back office space.
