FEAA helped design renovations for the building when it was being marketed by the lender. The property was recently purchased and FEAA will oversee the renovations for the new owners as they look to reposition the building in the marketplace.
The building owner is an investment group headed by LM Commercial Real Estate of Clarendon Hills, IL.
The four-story, multi-tenant building is located at the corner of Lincoln Highway (Route 30) and Indianapolis Blvd. (Route 41), often called the "Crossroads of America."
“This building is in a great location in one of Schererville's thriving business districts,” Dan Earles, a principal with FEAA, says in a press release.
The owners are seeking to expand leasing activity.
“By transforming the visual and structural aspects of the building and adding important amenities, such as a fitness center, the owners are positioning themselves to attract tenants from throughout Northwest Indiana.”
Licensed throughout the Midwest, FEAA is based in Chicago and also has an office in the Plaza 833 building.
