OAK BROOK, IL - The Davis Cos. said Molina Healthcare has finalized a lease bringing over 150 new jobs to The Crossings corporate campus in this Chicago suburb.
The Crossings, which total 303,510 SF, is located in a campus setting on 17-acres. It is currently 93% leased; up 30% from 2010 when The Davis Cos. acquired it.
“We made a major commitment to the Oak Brook market quickly after buying The Crossings by investing approximately $6.2 million over the past 3 years, not to mention the critical time spent at this great Class A office park and in the Village of Oak Brook to attract new businesses to Oak Brook, and we are proud to say that with the help of all our partners and clients we have succeeded,” Duncan Gilkey, Senior Vice President of The Davis Cos. says in a press release.
NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President Dan O'Neill, Executive Vice President Jim Adler and Associate Garrett Schulz represented The Davis Cos. in the transaction. Charlie Copelan of McKinney Advisory Group of San Francisco represented Molina Healthcare.
