KATY, TX-Houston-based Allen Harrison Co. and Conti Street Partners LLC have broken ground on a Class A apartment complex in Katy.
The 352-unit complex is located within the Energy Corridor, at 22631 Colonial Pkwy., just north of Interstate 10 and east of the Grand Parkway. It will offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 670 to 1,300 square feet, according to a report in The Houston Business Journal.
The complex, dubbed The Remington Katy, includes a pool pavilion with an outdoor kitchen and lounge area, a fire pit, 24-hour fitness room, full-size washers and dryers, and oversize patios and terraces.
Leasing is expected to begin in August 2013.
