Morgan/Harbour was selected by construction manager Maeda Corp. to complete renovations and an expansion to NTA's building located at 795 Kimberly Dr.
The company picked the industrial property to be its new location to carry out the firm's forging, turning and heat-treatment pre-processes for the manufacture of hub bearings for automobiles.
The construction project included building forging press foundations, a heat-treatment area, and private offices along with the installation of four overhead cranes.
“The construction schedule was designed strategically to ensure the client was able to meet its business objectives throughout construction,” says Josh Peters, project manager for Morgan/Harbour.
Ben Warriner was the project executive for Morgan/Harbour. James McCarron served as the site superintendent for the firm and Harris Architects provided the architectural services.
