TUSTIN, CA—CorelandCompanies' brokerage division was recently awarded two retail leasing assignments in Southern California, including El Toro Square in Lake Forest and Marguerite Shopping Center in Mission Viejo. The new assignments complement Coreland's growing portfolio in South Orange County which includes over 1.2 million square feet of retail properties featuring Foothill Ranch Towne Centre in Foothill Ranch and Orange Tree Plaza in Lake Forest.

The team of Matt Hammond, Kim Talley and Ben Terry will be handling the new leasing assignments.

El Toro Square is a 50,000-square-foot neighborhood center surrounded by more than 2 million square feet of retail along El Toro Road in Lake Forest. With marquee visibility off the 5 Freeway, tenants include Big 5 Sporting Goods and LA Boxing, as well as the recently-added Slater's 50/50 Burgers by Design. The assignment includes 12,000 and 2,700-square-foot vacancies.

Marguerite Shopping Center is a 55,000-square-foot shopping center located of Marguerite Parkway and Trabuco Road in Mission Viejo. This market-anchored property is positioned within an established residential and commercial area. It currently has a 12,000-square-foot anchor space available.
