MIAMI—Boston Consulting Group is relocating its Miami headquarters. The managing consulting firm is moving from 1111 Brickell Avenue to the 631,866-square-foot, 40-story 600 Brickell. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Jones Lang LaSalle executive vice president Glenn H. Gregory and senior vice president Noël Steinfeld represented 600 Brickell developer Foram Group in the deal. JLL senior vice presidents Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik represented Boston Consulting Group.
Gregory notes that Boston Consulting Group's decision to relocate its Miami office to 600 Brickell is the latest in a steady string of high-profile domestic and international users who have decided to lease space. Indeed, after delivering late to market, 600 Brickell has seen strong traction for its class A office space. Tenants include Hogan Lovells, Crédit Agricole Private Banking Miami, New York-based commercial and construction mortgage lender Doral Money Inc., and global mediation and arbitration service provider JAMS.
“The firm's selection of 600 Brickell over other class A buildings points to this property's core features, including flexible floor plates, LEED Platinum pre-certification, and direct connectivity to the NAP of the Americas, a link that places the tower in a league of its own in the Miami market,” tells GlobeSt.com. Boston Consulting Group's Miami office, launched in 2003, is one of 78 offices located in 43 countries.
