KYLE, TX—The Sanders Trust of Birmingham, AL, has purcahsed the recently-completed Kyle Medical Plaza for $13 million.
The health care real estate investment company told the Austin Business Journal that the key tenant of the 42,000-square-foot facility is Hays Surgery Center, which has five operating rooms. The building also is home to MRI testing services, physical therapy practices and several doctors' offices.
