The building was constructed in 1980, has been renovated twice since that time, and consists of 33,405 square feet of storage and 5,000 square feet of office.
The asset is on 1.85 acres at 1406 Southgate, approximately 30 miles southwest of Houston on Interstate 59. The landlord was represented by John Ferruzzo and Michael Keegan of NAI Houston. Joel Michael and Chris Caudill of NAI Houston represented the tenant in the transaction.

He started in commercial real estate as the communications director for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Chicago.
