PHILADELPHIA – Thomas Realty Partners has completed a bevy of lease deals at One and Two Commerce Square and at 1835 Market in Center City.

Joe McManus and Morgan Murray represented the landlord in leasing a total of 60,000 square feet at One Commerce and 30,000 square feet at Two Commerce. Mike Brown negotiated for the landlord in securing 70,000 square feet of leasing at 1835 Market.

Leaf Commercial Capital, the financing firm, was previously a subtenant at One Commerce. It signed a new direct lease for five years of 30,000 square feet on the 14^th floor. Ken Cohen of Gelcor Realty represented Leaf.

Also, at One Commerce:

•  The Jacobs Law Group, previously a subtenant, signed a new direct lease of 11,700 square feet on the 11^th floor for a five-year term. Chris Dyer of CBRE represented Jacobs.

• Gordon & Rees opened a new Philadelphia office on the 29^th floor, leasing 15,000 square feet in a long-term deal.  Greg Soffian of Studley represented the tenant.

At Two Commerce:

• The HUB Centers for Meeting & Collaboration expanded its space to 30,000 square feet on the second floor, with Tom Weitzel of Jones Lang LaSalle representing the tenant in the long-term transaction.

At 1835 Market:

• The law firm Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmithexpanded within the building to 13,430 square feet on the 27^th floor.  Glen Blumenfeld and Ryan Conner of Tactix Real Estate Advisors represented the firm in the long-term deal.

• Marks & Sokolov, a litigation and arbitration firm, signed a three-year renewal for 4,632 square feet on the 28th floor, represented by Andy Margolis of A. Margolis Realty Co.

• PRWT, a multi-disciplined professional services firm, signed a seven-year renewal for 35,274 square feet on the eighth and ninth floors of the building.  Brian Edmonds of Concordis Advisors represented PRWT.

• The medical testing firm renewed long-term for 15,559 square feet on the 12th floor.  The transaction was completed in cooperation with Steve Perna of Perna Frederick Realty.
