PLANO, TX—A West Plano office property has been sold to Connecticut-based private equity investor Greenfield Partners.
The Tennyson Office Center at 6100 and 6200 Tennyson Pkwy., is a 250,000-square-foot property, near The Shops of Legacy, a popular mixed-use destination.
Gary Carr and Eric Mackey of CBRE represented the buyer and the seller—which was California-based Adler Realty Investments Inc.
