DALLAS-AXIOMetric Inc.'s most recent report points to an increase nationally of multifamily permitting over trailing the 12-month period ending in January, 2013. According to the local company's statistics, multifamily permitting increased 44.3% (or 84,308 units) from the January 2012 figure of 274,640 units.
