Some Suburban Office Markets Bouncing Back

PHILADELPHIA-The office market is getting stronger, and some tenants are bolstering the suburbs, says Robert Walters of CBRE.

PHILADELPHIA-Commercial real estate's office sector isn't just coming back in central business districts, but many suburban markets are also seeing improvement, says Robert Walters, executive managing director at CBRE. He spoke with us here during the recent RealShare Philadelphia conference.
