HOUSTON-CBRE National Retail Investment Group brokers Kevin Holland, Chris Cozby and Chris Gerard represented the sellers in three separate transactions of retail properties. The transactions represent a total of 313,344 square feet and the properties are located in Houston, Pasadena and Katy.

The following assets were sold:

  • Northwest Village, an 189,968-square-foot community center at 17360 Northwest Fwy.; purchased by Gordon Partners of Houston. At the time of sale from Baceline Investments based in Denver, it was 90% leased.
  • Fairway Centre III, a 103,876-square-foot Power Center, which is currently 100% leased by Sports Authority, Conn's and Office Depot. Located at 3931 Fairway Dr. in Pasadena, the center was purchased by Fidelis Realty Partners in Houston from Trammell Crow Co.  David Aaronson and Jeff Stein with CBRE's Debt & Equity Finance group secured the equity and debt for the transaction with a life insurance company.
  • The Plazas at Grand Parkway, a 19,500-square-foot strip center 1575 West Grand Pkwy. S. in Katy. At the time of sale, the property was 83% occupied and includes a diverse tenant lineup comprised of retailers collectively serving the immediate trade area. It was sold by Sun Life Assurance Co. of Wellesley Hills, MA to Vista Equities Group from Houston.
