LEANDER, TX—Hunington Properties plans to develop a retail center and automotive care center the southeast corner of Crystal Falls Parkway and Lakeline Boulevard in Leander. The company says it will break ground in May on The Shops at Crystal Falls, according to Community Impact News.
The project will result in more than 19,000 square feet of leaseable space featuring two drive-thru areas, according to the site plans.
Hunington is developing two similar retail centers abutting Austin-area master-planned communities, including The Shops at Steiner Ranch.
