DALLAS—Colliers International North Texas has completed the sale of Crestwood Center, a 75,000 SF office building located at 1200 W. Walnut Hill Road in Irving. The building is positioned within the rapidly improving Las Colinas Office Center.
Creighton Stark and Ben Lurie in Collier's Capital Markets Group represented the seller, Austin-based Capital Commercial Investments. The buyer is Texas Prince Properties.
“Over the last several quarters we've seen nearly 1 million square feet of new demand in Las Colinas,” said Ben Lurie. “With growing investor demand in the submarket, we were able to identify a number of qualified bidders,” added Creighton Stark. “In the end, we achieved terms that exceeded our seller's expectations.”
