DALLAS-Thirty-year commercial real estate veteran Jack Minter has joined Colliers International North Texas as managing director of capital markets. Minter will partner with Creighton Stark and Ben Lurie in the organization's capital markets group.

Before joining Colliers, Minter was managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle's capital market group, where he led a national team of professionals performing dispositions, financings and advisory services. His resume also includes managing director position at Trammel Crow Co. and Credit Suisse. Minter received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Abilene Christine University, and in addition to his real estate brokerage license, Minter is a certified public accountant and has his securities license.
During his career, Minter has been involved in sale and financing transactions totaling $25 billion. These transactions represent a wide variety of product types and geographic markets extending throughout the United States. Notable large DFW transactions include the Galleria, Bank of America Tower, Comerica, Renaissance Tower and numerous other assets. Minter's wide network of clients includes Morgan Stanley, MetLife, Prudential, TIAA-CREF, Crescent and JP Morgan. He has also been involved in many smaller and mid-sized transactions.
