DENVER—Chicago-based Zeller Realty Group has bought the 13-story Guaranty Bank Building, in Denver's LoDo neighborhood. It's the company's first purchase in the Denver market, according to a report in the Denver Business Journal.

Mary Sullivan and John Jugl, senior managing directors of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP (HFF) , represented seller Common Wealth Partners LLC and confirmed the sale Monday, the Journal reported, but could not disclose the exact sales price.

Los Angeles-based Common Wealth took over for Hines and the building ownership entity was named NOP 1331 17th LLC.

The 220,287-square-foot building was completed in 1983 by the Westfield Development Co. and Denver developer Bill Walters. It also has a 683-space, nine-level parking garage.
