AUSTIN, TX—Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development and investment firm, announces the promotion of Will Nichols to managing director of the firm's industrial leasing division.

As managing director Nichols' primary responsibility involves overseeing the service platform focused on continuously providing superior execution to the firm's existing clients. Additionally, Nichols is tasked with establishing new business pursuits and identifying strategic investment opportunities for both Stream Realty and its clients.

Since joining the firm, Nichols has played a key role in growing the firm's Austin industrial portfolio from its infancy to one of the largest in the city. In addition, Nichols has proved his success in negotiating leases in all major markets throughout Texas, both in third-party accounts and tenant representation. For the past four years, Nichols has been recognized as one of the top industrial leasing agents by industry organizations, and has consistently been named one of Stream Realty's top producers in the Austin office.

Nichols joined Stream Realty in 2006. His primary responsibilities have included industrial leasing, dispositions/acquisitions and tenant representation. He currently leases over four million square feet of institutionally-owned assets Austin market.

Nichols played an instrumental role in bringing Raceway Crossing from shell to 90% leased and also with DRA Advisors, where he successfully transitioned leasing and management of an 80 tenant portfolio, while increasing occupancy and rates across the board.
