McKINNEY, TX-The former headquarters and distribution center of Blockbuster, Inc. was sold at a foreclosure auction last week for $19.7 million.

Last year, the former video rental leader moved its corporate offices to the McKinney distribution center from downtown Dallas after Dish Network Corp. acquired the company from bankruptcy, according to a report by the Dallas Business Journal.

The Collin County Appraisal District last valued the property at $22.5 million. The lender, AGV Realty Partners of California, bought the property at the April foreclosure auction the Journal said.
