ALLEN, TX-Mascot Construction Inc. of McKinney, TX recently acquired a 6,200-square-foot office building and an additional six lots consisting of six acres of developed and build-ready land in the Twin Creeks Garden Office Park. The seller was Twin Creeks Office Parks Ltd. of Plano, TX.
Located at 1782 W. McDermott, construction on the project had launched in 2006, only to be halted after the first two buildings were completed. The first 6,200-square-foot building had already been sold when Mascot came on the scene. Mascot, represented by Tyler Maner of Stream Realty, will occupy the 6,200-square-foot building as its main office and will hold onto the additional land for future office development. Dill most recently served as business operations manager for Voit Real Estate Services. Prior to Voit, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona. Dill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Miami University and an Arizona real estate license.

Austin
- Stream Realty Partners has promoted Sam Owen and Brad Philp to vice presidents of the Austin office. Owen will be a vice president in the firm's industrial division in Austin while Philp will serve in the office division. Both Owen's and Philp's primary responsibilities involve customer service for existing clients, growth of the firm's service business and strategic opportunities for principal clients. Additional duties include but are not limited to: project leasing, tenant representation, market research, and acquisition services. Owen joined Stream Realty in 2008; Philp came on board in 2010.
- Stream Realty Partners has also promoted Will Nichols to managing director of the firm's industrial leasing division in Austin. As managing director Nichols' primary responsibility involves overseeing the service platform focused on continuously providing superior execution to the firm's existing clients. Additionally, Nichols is tasked with establishing new business pursuits and identifying strategic investment opportunities for both Stream Realty and its clients. Nichols joined Stream Realty in 2006.
