ORANGE COUNTY, CA—Studley, a leading global commercial tenant advisory firm, announced the expansion of its Orange County , California office with the addition of Brad Schmitt. Schmitt, who previously held positions at CBRE and Vestar Development, joined the firm as an Assistant Director to partner with the seasoned tenant representation team of Royce Sharf and Michael Props.
Schmitt brings a diverse background in law, real estate development and business to his role as a strategic real estate advisor. His services include tenant representation, corporate relocation, sublease disposition, and lease and financial analysis.

Schmitt received his J.D. and Masters of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University and his B.S. in International Business Management from Brigham Young University Hawaii. He is active in a variety of community organizations.
