HONOLULU—Plans are in place and a contractor selected for an ultra luxury multifamily complex called One Ala Moana. The project is located 1450 Ala Moana Boulevard.
Albert C. Kobayashi Inc. has been chosen as the general contractor to build the 23-story, 206-unit ultra-luxury condominium tower to be built atop the parking garage of Nordstrom's Ala Moana Center store.
HHMK Development LLC held a traditional Hawaiian pre-construction blessing ceremony last Friday with construction starting on Wednesday.
