ST, LOUIS, MI-The new owner of the Millennium Center office building here is planning to convert offices on the top floors of the 20-story building into apartments and hopes to have the project completed by next year.

Brian Hayden, owner of Brandonview LLC, completed the purchase of the former Executive Office Building at 515 Olive St. from New York City-based Nassimi Franklin Development Inc. last week and now plans to convert the top 11 floors of the 258,000-square-foot building into apartments. The plan calls for 102 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Existing office tenants will be moved to floors two through nine, according to the St Louis Post-Dispatch.

The building now has a 36% occupancy. Most of the tenants at the property are law firms and a printing company. Hayden hopes to have some of the apartments ready for occupancy by late summer. See story in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
