The 1.2 million-square-foot property, closed in a 2011 company-wide reorganization. is being marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle. Last month, the specialty chemical company Ashland Inc. said it will move to a 200,000-square-foot laboratory and office space at the complex..
The 10-year-old Sanofi campus includes several more research and administrative facilities.
