AUSTIN, TX—Local developer Riyaz Bhaiwala says a three-story Holiday Inn Express will be built at the Trails at 620 development. Bhaiwala told the Community Impact news that he closed on the property in December and said that construction may start in the early fall.
“We're excited about being in the Trails at 620 development and its proximity for guests to walk to a restaurant or catch a movie,” Bhaiwala said. “It's a unique draw—that convenience.”
The 80-room, 45,000-square-foot hotel plans to include a covered pool area and patio on the building's back side with views of preserve land, Bhaiwala said.
