WASHINGTON, DC-The Financial Services Roundtable is taking an entire floor, or 22,198 square feet, at 600 Thirteenth Street, an East End office building owned by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.

Cassidy Turley's Phillip Thomas, Zeke Dodson, Kerri Mulligan Salih and Richard Tonner represented UIRE. Elizabeth Cooper and Greg Lubar of Jones Lang LaSalle represented The Financial Services Roundtable.

The association is taking the building's entire fourth floor. It will be moving in May 2014, relocating from 1001 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.

There are renovations currently underway at the building, including updates to its entrance and main lobby, elevator cabs, restrooms and rooftop terrace and the addition of a 3,500 square foot fitness center. These will be completed in November 2013.
