SAN FRANCISCO—In anticipation of a continuing robust transaction market in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has hired industry veteran Erik Doyle to deepen the firm's investment sales bench and broaden the firm's client service delivery in the Silicon Valley and across Northern California.  Doyle, who joins as a managing director, will collaborate with managing directors Michel Seifer and Rob Hielscher to expand the firm's investment sales expertise in the region. Doyle will be joined by Will Connors as EVP and Ben Bullock and Nicole Zanghi as VPs.

In addition to their investment sales focus, the new hires will also work closely with Pacific Northwest Market Director Elizabeth Hearle to broaden the firm's strong client service offerings, which currently include tenant representation, landlord leasing, property management and project management.

“Erik, Will, Ben and Nicole are highly respected Capital Markets professionals in the Bay Area with a stellar track record and a comprehensive network of institutional, local and regional clients throughout San Francisco and the Silicon Valley,” said Seifer. “This unmatched local expertise, paired with JLL's global reach and extensive institutional track record, allows us to further differentiate ourselves as a market-leading Capital Markets platform in the region.  Our clients have specifically told us they value both local presence and global access to capital and this combination gives our clients the best-in-class service they've come to expect from our firm.”

Doyle joins JLL after more than five years with Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey where he led the entire western United States' institutional investment sales platform and facilitated connections to the Asia-Pacific region. During his career, Doyle has been responsible for more than $7 billion, representing more than 30 million square feet of transactions that included several of the largest deals in the Silicon Valley.

Connors, brings nearly 15 years of commercial real estate transaction experience to the firm.  Prior to his time at Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey, he worked with Equity Office, RREEF and Lowe Enterprises.  He has sourced or divested more than $2 billion in office and industrial assets and contributed to theacquisition of an additional $4 billion of office, industrial and retail properties.

Bullock comes to JLL after spending nearly three years at Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey, working across the business lines of investment sales, asset advisory and debt and equity placement.

Rounding out the new hires, Nicole Zanghi joins the firm as a VP of transactions and business development.  Zanghi brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm and has assisted in the disposition of more than 100 investment sales transactions.  In addition, Ryan Sitov joins JLL as an associate.
