WASHINGTON, DC-Deka Immobilien GmbH and Real Estate Capital Partners are extending their long-standing relationship with Cassidy Turley just a little further by selecting them to provide leasing services for two Class A buildings in the area.
The properties are 2175 K St, NW in Washington, DC's CBD and Dulles Corner in Herndon, VA. Dulles Corner, a 219,235 square foot building located at 2325 Dulles Corner Blvd, will be renamed "Dulles Metro Center." Cassidy Turley already provides property management services for both buildings.
2175 K St., an 11-story building adjacent to Washington Circle, is 95% leased and will have three spec suites available this summer.
Dulles Metro Center is an 8-story building that in 2011 was awarded LEED Gold certification. It is 72% occupied by such tenants as DigitalGlobe, Sage Software, and Federal Schedules Inc.
