DALLAS-Gregory L. Miller has been appointed president and CEO ofHenry S. Miller Cos. Miller steps into the position which was leftvacant by the recent death of his father, Vance C. Miller. Millermoves from the position of president of Miller Realty Investmentsto take over the leadership reins of the close to 100-year-oldcompany. Along with the appointment, Mrs. Vance C. Miller will movefrom her current position as acting chair (which she assumed uponher husband's death) to permanent chair.

Greg Miller has been with Henry S. Miller Cos. for more than 10years. Prior to joining the family business, he practiced realestate law for eight years at the firm of Geary, Porter andDonovan, PC. Miller has extensive working experience involving theacquisition, financing, development, lease and disposition ofmillions of commercial real estate square feet. As former presidentof Miller Realty Investment Partners and HSM Equity Partners,Miller supervised the acquisition and structuring of commercialreal estate transactions for the Henry S. Miller investmentportfolio including office, multifamily, retail, hotel andindustrial properties throughout the DFW area, Texas and UnitedStates.
