ISLE of MAN, UK—Redefine International, the diversified income focused property company, has appointed Henry Giles as an analyst.
Giles joins Redefine from National Investment Agency, where he held the position of senior surveyor, and was responsible for advising a range of clients including institutional investors, property companies and private individuals in relation to disposals, acquisitions, development opportunities and value-add initiatives.
He has been recruited to further strengthen the company's ability to undertake detailed asset operating analysis, which will facilitate the identification and execution of asset management initiatives as well as help identify acquisition opportunities. Giles' responsibilities will include financial modelling of asset management opportunities and new acquisitions, maintaining up to date tenancy and market information, as well as assisting senior asset managers across the portfolio in respect of landlord and tenant work.
