WHITE PLAINS-Normandy Real Estate Partners has named CBRE Group's Westchester/Connecticut office as the exclusive leasing agent for the 1.6-million-square-foot The Exchange portfolio on Westchester Ave.

The properties, originally developed by Lowell Schulman in the 1960s and 1970s, were known as the EastRidge Properties, under a prior ownership. The Exchange consists of 14 buildings that straddle I-287 (the Cross Westchester Expressway) comprised of 701-777 Westchester Ave., 925 and 1025 Westchester Ave., 2500 and 2700 Westchester Ave., and 103, 105, 106, 108 and 110 Corporate Park Drive.

The CBRE team of Brian Carcaterra, senior vice president; Michael McCall, vice president; and Peter Hansen, senior associate, are overseeing the marketing campaign.

“The Exchange offers potential tenants a unique opportunity to operate their business in the county's finest corporate office parks with unparalleled highway access,” Carcaterra states. “We anticipate strong interest in the property from a range of companies, and we look forward to working closely with ownership to complete a successful renovation and lease up program that will encourage local economic growth.”

Normandy Real Estate Partners has invested more than $30 million in the ongoing re-development of The Exchange, which has included modernizing building exteriors, installing new landscaping, improving the main entrances and lobbies, reconfiguring and optimizing floor plans and designing new common corridors, bathrooms and elevator lobbies.
